Story Foundry is a web-based writing tool that helps authors plan, draft, and manage their creative writing projects. The service includes features for outlining, drafting, entity tracking, research management, AI-assisted feedback, and manuscript export.
You must create an account to use Story Foundry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Story Foundry, including manuscripts, outlines, notes, and other creative works. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You agree not to use Story Foundry for any unlawful purpose. You may not upload content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to content depicting child exploitation or material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Story Foundry offers both free and paid plans. Free accounts are limited to 2 projects. Paid plans provide unlimited projects and additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
Story Foundry may offer optional AI-powered features such as entity generation and manuscript feedback. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any AI-generated content before incorporating it into your work.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
Story Foundry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or other damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Story Foundry after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
